Customers say's :
SP3208 EEMAX Electric Tankless Water Heater. 208volt
We purchased 2 units at the same time and both were very noisy. They clicked loudly when
activated and during use. It is now 3 months later and 1 of the units has stopped working--it clicks but does not heat the water. Installed by professional plumber with dedicated 208 volt circuits. I was sucked in to the ease of installation and small footprint only to regret it. Quite expensive when you actually see the build quality in person

not happy at all
A few years ago We purchased several for a business I work for. All units have had to have the heating element replaced at least twice. They never heated water to anything close to what is required unless the water pressure is reduced to a trickle. If we turn it up they do become noisy and its just slightly warm. We live in vegas where the water isn't exactly cold from the tap. New years eve we had one completely blow the plastic heating element chamber and short out in the wall causing a nice burning smell throughout the place till the breaker tripped.

Not hot enough
The water heater was used for an office bathroom sink. It's ok to take chill out of the water but not warm enough for anything else.
