Considering some of the horror stories about houses nearly burning down by other brands I'd say my complaints are minuscule with this one. I was going to give it a 1 star but then I read the other reviews of other brands. Anyway, I had mine installed 2 years ago. Besides my one main complaint (I'm getting to that soon) it's one of the best purchases I've ever made for my home. I save a ton of money by not having a gas water heater (with a tank) and it's very efficient with electricity also (though I can't compare it to an electric water heater with a tank because I've never owned one).
When everything works it's perfect. You turn on the hot water and within seconds you have hot water. You can adjust the maximum temperature too so it's child safe (in case a kid decides to turn the hot water on full and gets scolded by it you can set the max to a very hot, but not burning, temp).
