COMMENTING ON SPECS ONLY:
Have not had installed yet, but so far the description is missing one critical fact. IT DOES INCLUDE VALVES! I purchased them separately and now have to return them. I called Rinnai before I placed the order, and they refused to discuss what was included in the box or what valve kit or vent kit I would need due to liability. Strange. Hope this is helpful to other potential buyers.
That said, I'm looking forward to having in installed.

Endless hot water
This is a great producer of hot water for the point of use or near the point of use. It does seem to be very energy efficient. It does require special venting near or at an outside wall. This particular unit is supposed to work with a particular recirculating pump to give you continuous hot water. I found it to be a total failure for that use. We even had a Rinnai district representative come to the house to lend his expertise and he had no answer. Even though I paid for the recirculator install with the water heater install, we had to take the recirculator back out to get this unit to work efficiently. It now takes about 4 minutes to get hot water to my kitchen (furthest point) whereas it took 7 minutes with the recirculator. Once the hot water gets there it never runs out of being hot as long as the water is running. Showers have endless hot water too which is super nice for teenagers that have a tendency to stay in the shower too long anyway. Recommend this for use...

Works great
I love my water heater now that it is installed. It would have been nice if it would have come with the termination vent kit that nearly everyone needs.
