I am using this water heater at my camp and it works great!! It was very easy to install. I rated it it at four stars because it was hard to get started. It took ten to fifteen trys to keep it working. It would light then go out. Once it started working correctly it is great. We have used it for about five weekends now and it has worked perfectly. This thing will heat plenty of water to wash dishes and take a shower at the same time. GREAT BUY

Product works well, though it has a 20 minute timer on it that was not mentioned in the description that shuts the burner off after 20 minutes of continuous use. It does have a nice feature that allows you to adjust the water pressure setting so it will operate at a lower pressure than advertised ... something not mentioned in the description as well.
All in all, this unit does provide very hot water if you turn the settings up. I have never had the settings up to full heat level as with the lower settings the water will burn you so the higher settings have not been needed. It does burn a little more fuel than advertised, but all in all, it is very efficient.
This unit installed easily, and after adjusting the water pressure setting, I have not had any problems with keeping the burner going, the burner coming on, or with any hot water issues at all.
