Chronomite M-30L/120 HTR 120F 120-Volt 30-Amp Instant-Flow Micro Low Flow Tankless Water Heater, 120-Degree Preset

Chronomite was the first to patent a microprocessor technology which allows for a pre-set or controlled output temperature that delivers unlimited hot water without risk of scalding-in two seconds as opposed to the six seconds offered by other tankless water heaters. Chronomite is installed at point of use and is only operational when hot water is requested, thus dramatically reducing hot water delivery time and inefficient use of electricity.

Customers say's :
Not a very good fit for a kitchen sink
It works and was handy to install since it is only 110 volt. But the half-gallon per minute water flow didn't make the rest of the family happy at all. In retrospect, I should have gone with a 220 volt higher flow model. It probably would do better in a bathroom sink, instead of the kitchen sink.
