Chronomite SR-20L/240 HTR 240-Volt 20-Amp SR Series Instant-Flow Low Flow Tankless Water Heater

Chronomite was the first to patent a microprocessor technology which allows for a pre-set or controlled output temperature that delivers unlimited hot water without risk of scalding-in two seconds as opposed to the six seconds offered by other tankless water heaters. Chronomite is installed at point of use and is only operational when hot water is requested, thus dramatically reducing hot water delivery time and inefficient use of electricity.

Customers say's :
Worked, but no capacity to spare
Installs easy enough, put in on a single bathroom sink. The heating capacity is just enough to get warm water for rinsing off your hands. Don't think you will get really hot water out of a unit this size. Otherwise works fine.

Small, but effective water heater
Purchased this water heater for a workshop. It was straight-forward to install and has worked well so far. Hopefully it will hold up long-term. Very small unit for a good price. Don't buy it for more that one low flow fixture, though.

Good product
There's no water tank at my workplace, so this is what they installed. The flow can get clogged since I have very hard water in Fresno, CA. Just need to remove the pipe every once is a while to clean out the hard water deposit. Other than that, it works as advertised. Water can get even too hot at times if incoming water is not that cold.
