Best instant water heater

I wanted an instant water heater for my apartament, as I live in a hot climate this was a perfect option, instalation was very easy, I had to put 60 amp brakers and it works wonderful, I replaced an old 40 gallon tank that was broken, now I have space available and spend less energy, this little thing give endless hot water but you have to be sure you have the correct wires to bear 50 amps of the unit. Excellent product.

Endless hot water in a tiny package
I had my friend install this heater as a replacement for a 30 gallon electric water heater in my mother's 2 bathroom mobile home. The old water heater we replaced was a typical 4500 watt unit.

Be aware that the KS-94 will need close to 12,000 watts which requires heavier wire and a higher rated breaker. We used a double pole 60 amp breaker with 6 gauge wire. It tested at 50 amps @ 240v so I don't think it is a good idea to use the lighter 8 gauge wire.

I realized this unit would require a few adjustments because it is based on incoming water temperatures and flow rates so I measured water flows with a gallon container and stop watch to dial in.

With the unit set to its highest level, it delivers about 2 gallons per minute of hot water when the intake water is 67 degrees. However, our incoming groundwater temperature was much colder during the first few weeks and it could only produce around 1.5 GPM of good hot water. If your ground water is...
