Chronomite M-20L/120 HTR 110F 120-Volt 20-Amp Instant-Flow Micro Low Flow Tankless Water Heater, 110-Degree Preset
Chronomite was the first to patent a microprocessor technology which allows for a pre-set or controlled output temperature that delivers unlimited hot water without risk of scalding-in two seconds as opposed to the six seconds offered by other tankless water heaters. Chronomite is installed at point of use and is only operational when hot water is requested, thus dramatically reducing hot water delivery time and inefficient use of electricity. For more details about Chronomite M-20L/120 HTR 110F 120-Volt 20-Amp Instant-Flow Micro Low Flow Tankless Water Heater, 110-Degree Preset please click link via button above.

Customers say's :Nice unit under the sink for almost instant hot water at the other end of the house
This is made like an industrial unit, its super well made. Easy to install, it comes with fittings for a copper pipe but a flex hoses have fittings on them that work. I installed it without looking at the directions. I had to add a good power cord, that wasn't hard. I did look at the start up procedure. I like it, it has no tank to start leaking after a few years. The temperature is preset. It's not scalding hot, it's hand washing hot. It comes out hot fast enough. The unit came with 2 faucet flow regulators that fit my faucet, depending on psi, I use the lower flow one because the water comes out adequately.
