Chronomite SR-30L/120 HTR 120-Volt 30-Amp SR Series Instant-Flow Low Flow Tankless Water Heater

Chronomite was the first to patent a microprocessor technology which allows for a pre-set or controlled output temperature that delivers unlimited hot water without risk of scalding-in two seconds as opposed to the six seconds offered by other tankless water heaters. Chronomite is installed at point of use and is only operational when hot water is requested, thus dramatically reducing hot water delivery time and inefficient use of electricity.

Customers say's :
Did not exceed expectation.
The flow is very low to get hot water. At .25gpm is enough to hand wash dishes but not enough for anything else. The installed wasn't as user friendly. The 30amp requirement was far greater than the typical 15amp breaker can handle. I use the unit to supplied hot water to a utility sink in the back patio 80ft away from the secondary breaker. The outdoor outlet supplied 120v using 12awg wires at 15amp. I installed another outlet using 10awg wires with a 30 amp breaker. Overall, it enough to fit my needs but the application is limited.

there are far superior units out there...
The heating element burned out after a year, and a new element is not available as a replacement part, so the unit is junk. Save yourself from the headache and stay away from this brand.

Can't keep up
We use this in a commercial setting for hot water to a hand sink, purely for hand washing. It can't keep up. Pretty disappointed. Bummer
