Customers say's :
Good but does not last long
I got this water heater because after researching I found that the N-120 is best for 3/2 homes and this one is better for large homes or homes in colder climates. I may have been able to do fine with the N-120 because the water gets so hot that I had to lower the temperature setting between low and medium to avoid getting burned but you may want to stick with the N-180 if you live in a colder state. This unit outputs 5 GPM verses 4 GPM of the N-120. We calculated that we are saving an average of $15 per month on the electric bill compared to when we had the conventional water heaters. The installation was a little more expensive than I expected because in addition to a plumber, we had to get an electrician. The N-180 requires 2 double pole 40 amp breakers and 2, 8/2 wire line verses the more standard electrical requirement of the N-120 (1 double pole 60 amp breaker and 1, 6/2 wire line) which you may already have. I love the space savings, I am now able to fit my truck in the...

"Tank You" for the TITAN Tankless!
Out of hot water except for a small natural gas backup (best setup) regular water heater during the St. Louis "Blizzzzard of Oh-13". Received the new TITAN sooner than promised. Works great for a family of three. With two women in the mix it's more like a family of five when it comes to the bathroom and laundry services. You guys know what I mean. It works great with a never-ending flow of hot water...when you want and need it. Most homes should not be without one. Even great as a smaller under-sink TITAN backup in the main bath, whenever your large gas-guzzling 30 to 50 gal hot water behemoth goes south. You'll at least get to work and school and be presentable. (and smelling good)
We "Tank" the gods on Mt. Olympus. Especially TITAN. ( I know, I know, the GROUP of gods named TITANS, but who's counting.)

Replaced a gas unit, working good
I switched from a 60 gallon natural gas water heater to the N electric tankless water heater. I was worried about it's ability to provide hot water for a family of 4 but so far I am very happy. The response time for hot water is great, much faster than it was with the gas water heater. With the gas water heater it would take at least 30 seconds for the water to start feeling warm. With the N-180 you start feeling the water warming up in 5 to 10 seconds and it's hot within 20 seconds.
