Great improvement over Electric Tanked water heater!
I recently remodeled our master bath and added a 5' x 5' tiled 2 headed shower in place of a corner garden tub. Until I had this water heater installed a month ago we were not able to run both heads for more than 5-10 mins without running out of hot water. Happiness Now!! We can run both heads as long as we want and never run out of hot water. We can even run an additional shower upstairs with no loss of hot water. The pressure Drops of course with all 3 heads in the house going but it is still more than enough pressure to shower with. This replaced a lowboy 15 year old 47 Gallon Electric Tanked heater.

We have had no Water pressure Drop after install, as noted by another reviewer. We used 3/4" pex water tubing/pipe for the installation and ran it to the 3/4" hot water main line that runs down the center of the house in the crawl space. When I remodeled the bathroom I ran 3/4" line all the way to the shower valves (High Flow Delta Shower only valves...

Good, But water pressure issues

It took about a day to get it installed. It works good, but 2 key concerns. 1) Water pressure seems to be lower now that we are using this tankless vs. previous traditional water heater. I had thought this tankless water heater would not effect water pressure as much. 2) It takes about 30 seconds for this water heater to actually warm up the water. And then, plus however long for the water to go thru the pipe. Would be happy to hear fro Rheem if I am not understanding the issues clearly.

Energy efficient

Works great. The only problem there was a plug that needed to be removed and was no listed in the directions or users manual. Didn't find out until a week later when the unit displayed an error code and had to call support. But works great since!
