Customers say's :Great product! Couldn't be happier
Did a lot of research before buying. VERY efficient, even temperatures, no pockets of cold water. Once the hot water hits whatever room you're using it, count on it running forever! Can't believe how hot 120 degrees could be. Just make sure you check on any necessary upgrades to your meter (we had an old half-pound meter that needed a 2lb regulator added by the gas company. Then we needed regulators on all our other gas appliances.) Also, make sure the installer pays attention to the condensing plug. The condensate is acidic, and many state & local codes require a condensate drain. No venting needed - which is why we chose the outdoor unit. Love this Water Heater!
