Very Unhappy with this product.

It worked fine for THREE MONTHS then quit!! Now I'm waiting for eemax to send me parts. I immediately called customer service and was treated like a three year old idiot. First he ask me if I knew how to turn it on..then he ask me if it was plugged in. After I assured the service rep I knew how to plug it in and turn it on, in his very condescending voice, he GUESSED I had a bad switch and promised to send a new one. I then ask him if it was consumer replaceable when he again ,in the same condescending voice, told me eemax warranty did not cover labor ( remember the unit is only three month old) and that I was on my own replacing the switch. No instructions or offer of helping install it over the phone..NOTHING! Eemax proucts are low quality,china made and there customer service is a joke.Take your money elsewhere.

Great solution to our problem!

We are currently living in our camper while we renovate the home we just bought. Unfortunately, the hot water heater in the camper was toast. This hooked up quickly and easily, provides really hot water, and gives us enough to shower with (using a low flow shower head). Haven't had any problems in the two months we have owned it.

12/3/13 - Update!
After 8+ months of daily use by 5 people... this water heater is still going strong!
